How it Works
Join DMRF supporters from across Indiana to raise awareness of dystonia, funds to support the DMRF & connect the community so that no one has to face dystonia alone. Everyone who pays to register for the Indianapolis Dystonia Zoo Day will also automatically be signed up for our Virtual Dystonia Zoo Day in October.

Cost
Fees: $25 for Adults /$15 for children (12 yrs and under).
Registration Includes Access to the zoo, refreshments, and a t-shirt.

New Fundraising Opportunities

-New or increased individual donoations (over 2023 gifts) to teams will be matched.
-For every team that exceeds 2023 total fundraising, the event receives a $1000 match.
-All new sponsorships will be matched 2:1.

Every registrant will receive a t-shirt. All t-shirts will be the same - no personalized teams on the back of the shirts. All registrations must be received by August 26 to ensure that your t-shirt will be available. All t-shirts will be available for pick-up on the morning of the event during registration.

Event Timeline
10:00 AM - Registration Opens
11:00 AM - Welcome and Remarks followed by Group Photo
11:30 AM - Walk to the zoo and spread the word about dystonia
1:00 PM - Return to the Waterfront Pavilion to collect raffle prizes
